From order to sending the shoes back into your closet.

1. Write to me.

Send photos of your shoes and briefly describe what you’d like.

2. Assessment.

I’ll let you know if and how the shoes can be adjusted, and when I’ll have availability for new orders.

3. Foot tracings.

Using a simple guide, you’ll create foot tracings and send them along with the shoes. Please ship your shoes to my address in the Czech Republic (I’ll provide it in a message).

4. Waiting time.

Your shoes will be added to the queue upon arrival – the usual waiting time is 4 months.
(Priority Processing within three weeks is possible for an extra fee of €60.)

5. Finalizing details.

Before the actual modification, we’ll go over everything – size, sole, colors... anything you’d like to discuss.

6. Shoe adjustment.

I cut, tear, unpick, measure, sew, glue, press, and sand. I thoroughly clean, treat, and waterproof the shoes. I cut new insoles and lace up freshly washed laces.

The whole process takes several days.

7. Payment and shipping.

Once the payment is made, I’ll ship the shoes back to you. You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal.
